is there any possibility to play in multiplayer on europe map, instead of only battles ? (maybe some kind of mod or smthg)

No there is not. And it has been one of the most requested things! Also Frujin stated recently, something to the effect, that it would not be the experience we all thought it would be if the option was made available.
