Sketchy music in battles!

Alot of the songs repeat parts of themselves, 2-3 times but still... And the voice guy might say something twice. Anyone know what might be causing it? I have the american version.

If you will post a dxdiag report, we can look at it and see if it might be in your hardware setup.

Could be your soundcard drivers or possibly you need to set the sound acceleration to zero.

Could be other things running in the background using your ram and the battles might need more ram than you have left.
Setting your pagefile to a higher amount might be in order, a look at your dxdiag would reveal that.

As Dobber noted above, sounds to be old/outdated sound drivers to me. Could also be add-on hardware (such as a mic for example) causing a conflict. Your DxDiag will be most helpful in resolving.
