Looking into the Future: Our Forum in 100 years

Here we will do as if it was the year 2104, exactly 100 years in the future. We are all over 100 years old and senile grandpas. KoH 24 is coming out in a few months, and we all played Stronghold 45 and Half Life 12 now. Many things happend in the last 100 years and we can discuss them here... we, old grandpas and grandmas.
Gonna be a fun-thread :D

KoH, just like many games, would be a thing of the past - we'll probably have some kind of new and funky thing.....well our childrens' children will anyway.

Hey Haps, did you see those new 4D screenshots the dev's put up? If'n you did, tell me what they look like, I don't see as well as I used to. Back in the day we really whooped a.. with the 2D games, I still miss 'em. They say this newest KoH(24 I believe it is) can support 30 player multiplayer! Just think if we had that back in the day when we could see how to play and when our hands were not feeble and we could actually move the mouse quick enough to play. Darn lucky great grandkids.

Can anyone remember the good old KoH1? I would still play it today, if it would work on the new Windows XXXP. No older games work on the new windows. I hate this. Gates knows how to make **** and make the people buy it... sigh.
Anyway, I have to buy a new computer if I want to play KoH 24. I need at least a 5 Terahertz processor and 10 Terabyte free space to install the game. Well, today such computers are much cheaper than in the old times. Only 1000 €uro for such an high-end-PC.

wouldnt KOH 24 be like the whole virtual reality thing where you are walking around as the actual king, and you got your whole little virtual reality goggles. But I heard they are working on an KoH for the HVRGS (Holographic Virtual Reality Gaming System). The cool thing with the HVRGS is, that you can tell your troops what to do and actually fight by yourself. You can even feel it, if someone hits you with a sword, and you can marry a princess of another country and have sex with her (:D)!

Yup. Just going to town and say this to every female citizen. But that will give you a bad reputation by the male people of your country, because you slept with their wives.
But the best are the battles. You can even go kill your own soldiers if you think it's too easy with a big army.

for me,in 100 years,i am retired,after the interstellar war i recieved the medal of wounded soldiers for being shot in the leg by the gatlinggun of an overlord destroyer,
yeah,it was hell,the day the aliens invaded earth....but,we won,and im still visiting this forum and have some uberbroadband connection game with my grand grand grand grand grandson who whishes to beat me with koh 211,but he can't since im an koh vet since koh 1 :D

oh and btw,its sunny and 113 C degrees here on mars,yeah,its nice here :D
