View Full Version : World view/close view
I'm interested in how this is. Do a town and it's castle on the world view look the same as on the close view, or is the town on the world view simply a representation or a symbol? Do battles take place on a detailed part of the world view, or is it simply a matter of a random mountain landscape if the battle is taking place in the alps or a heavily forested area if it's taking place in the Black Forest?

Hope to have an answer on this one....
Acording to the screen shots i think it will be different.
World view: Siege (http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/knightsofhonor/screens.html?page=22)
Close View: Siege (http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/knightsofhonor/screens.html?page=1)
I hope that castle attacks will look different from that close view pic (http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/knightsofhonor/screens.html?page=1), when the game's released. It somehow looks stupid having one section of the wall almost totally flatened, while the section right next to it is completely un-damaged.
I am sure it will be. As you may have noticed it was a one of the first pictures to be realeased there, prolly from the first version of the game.
