Hi,
I usually have my desktop with 1280x1024x32bits.
I can play the demo without any problem (at 1024x768), but when I exit from the demo, my resolution doesn't return to 1280. Instead, it remains at 1024, and I need to restart my computer to return to my usual resolution, wich I don't like. Also I have other programs running that need to stop to restart.
Is there any way I can change this?

(I have windows xp pro, and an nvidia Ti4600 card with the latest drivers and directx 9c)

thanks

the demo uses the standard directx api for switching the resolution. normally its switched back after ending KoH. it sounds strange that you cannot switch the resolution manually back to standard size. which windows version to you use?

maybe you can give ultramon a try

Hi Gumli (are you a relative of Gimli the Dwarf?),

do you use any kind of Refresh Tool to change the display refresh rate higher then 60 Hertz?

I'm not sure what do you mean with a tool to change display refresh rate, I don't use any, almost that I know :).
I have a 21" Sony CRT Monitor, and usually have 100Hz at 1280x1024x32bits.

of course I'm a relative of Gimli, he's my cousin ;)

stainless, another registered user, told me that the info about the refresh rate is stored in a file called koh.in2 that should be on my C:\Documents and Settings\Your_UserName_Here\Application Data\Black Sea Studios\Knights Of Honor Demo folder.
The folder doesn't exists (neither something similar).
I've searched the file (and the folder) on my hard disk, and isn't there in any place.
Maybe this is related with the resolution problem.
