Hi ! A simple question : in the technical FAQ section it's specified that min req is Pentium III 1 Ghz.............I have a PIII 650Mhz Windows 2000 256 Mb RAM and the Demo works Well..........If i buy the full game version , does it works anyway ???? Cause if it works even slowly i'm willing to buy it ..........if it doesn't start, surely no.....

Thanks for help
Cheers from Italy.

Welcome to the KoH-Forums, G.G. Visconti! :go:

KoH will surely start and play. But I'm uncertain how fast it will be, because the full version includes some more graphics than the demo (this was done to keep the size of the demo low).
I advice you to borrow it from the gameshop first and try it out. That's the smartest thing to do, I guess.

I have AMD Athlon 1200 MHz, Windows ME, 128 MB RAM. I can play Demo version very well. Could I play full version with low graphic?

Teyot, first off.. hop in a car tomorrow and run to the local computer store and pick up 256mb more of memory. ;) Nobody should have less than 384MB of system memory at this time. KoH will run grandly on your system otherwise. Just make sure you have DirectX 9.0 installed an the required free space on your HD.

hehe. I got the demo to run on my P2 400mhz, 512mb ram, Geforce3, A3D compliant sound... It was very.. nice. :) moving around was a bit laggy.. might try turning off all the graphic options and see if the demo speeds up a tad. It was totally playable though.

Bought the game today, its running smoothly at 1024x786 at 100hz, i did kill all the graphics options. I have:

Geforce 2MX, 32 MB (above spec)
512 MB RAM (above spec)
800 mhz AMD DURON processor (below spec)
plenty of harddisk
Windows XP

I think the game will hardly be slowed much if you are a bit below the spec on processor speed, however you might want to have windows XP and the maximum amount of RAM available (disable TSRs and delete all that junk windows xp makes you run - windows xp can run on 80 MB RAM - to see how much you are using hit CTRL+ALT+DEL while all your other programs are closed (including windows explorer) commit charge is the amount it runs on).

RAM and a 32 MB video card should do it, I think a 600 mhz processor could probably run the game badly, but still playable with the same other specs...

hope this helps
