I enjoy Kayaking, skiing, snowboarding and windsurfing (when I'm by the sea). How about you?

Apart from i used to do fitness until i ended up with a nasty back injury...... i hate sports :angry:

I used to play Soccer in germany about 2-3 years and then i played Football for about 2 years in America. Then i became to lacy and started watching them on tv.

i play football.

but also like to play other sports, mostly ball sports...

i think its good for mind and body to 'sweat' every once in a while.. and i dont mean the kind that you get from sitting on the couch driking beer... ;)

hmm,

chechs, germans, latvians; all the same to me. As long as we go to the next round. Besides; we've got a score to settle with the Chechs aswell (also with the Germans, but thats an old story..:D )

I love Karate Kyokushin...I'm to go in it for few years... But I also play basketball and voleyball, when I have free time to do it;).
Thanks to these disciplines of sports ( besides Karate - this is much more than another sport) I haven't any pain of spine when I'm sitting and playing on strategies for looong hours ( at night of course;))
