View Full Version : rebels
Will all the rebel armies consist only of peasants with pitchforks or the would include also some stronger units from low morale army?

i think that will largely depend on how the rebellion started. Hopefully, KOH will not follow MTW too closely in this area. As far as I can see, a peasant rebellion in north Wales consisting 10 units of royal heavy cavalry and a legion of Italian infantry is simply absurd. It should be more like a bunch of light horseman, welsh longbow archers and heaps of non-professional type soldiers.
On the other hand, I do exptect to see a large number of LEET units in a Gascony rebellion etc.
On a tangible point, I think the use of mercenaries in MTW (on the part of AI) is very under utilized. I mean most of the Plantagenet wars involved heavy use of Flamish mercenaries. Would this likely to be rectified in KOH? I hope

I think also stronger units....because there can always be a knight who rebels.....and they do have a part of your army under there command...I think...I guess......but that's what we are here for...
But on the screenshots all rebel armies are just peasants with pitchforks as I've seen..
And there is still no reply:bash:
 oh, sorry. I should be patient.
rebels usually fight for a reason, for a cause...
i should think that they would have extremely high moral, eventhough they can be just peasants...

Yes indeed....and when they are ledd by a very good Knight.....(William Wallace for instance.. ) then they can be good....and why only pitchforks?? when they rob a barrack from you....then they have weapons too!!!
for more info about rebels and rebelions (and not about Will Wallace:D ) let's have a look at here:
