Clicking, pressing buttons, nothing closes them- it's RUDE to force us to watch those again and again when we start up our game.


Anyway to disable them?

usually with ea games you can delete the ea logo...

deleting the intro.pak or logo.pak doesn't work... renaming them doesn't work either. Annoying.

Damn, that is annoying...

Atleast the "intro publicity" in other games takes just about 2 seconds or less. Black sea has an intro wich takes a lot of time...

There was one game where the wait was around 30 seconds and after that around more 20 loading...and when the game crashed...I was about to crash the keybard.

Has anyone been able to modify the file of the Electronic Arts logo to remove it or at least black it out? Since they are not distributing it in the US, I see no reason why I should look at their logo.

Sunflowers may be required by a license to include the logo, but I'm under no licence to keep it.

I've tried changing its name: no go.

Removing it: no go.

Opening it up in any data progrm I could and looking to lcip out the video (shorten it): no go.

I am stumped.

Don't they realize that it is annoying? Why would anyone want to annoy their customers? Fly on the wall in board conference:

"People just click through the logo screens."
"Wish they wouldn't do that! How do we stop them from doing that?"
"We can make it so not only can they not click through the screens, they can't delete them in anyway from the game start up."
"Great! That way they'll see who we are and remember us."

Yup. We remember all right. But, from the tone of the posts here, not with the warm fuzzies.
