i want to start in rome and the country controlling rome is Papacy but it's not on the list!!!!!!! :sick:

Well...the pope is the boss of all catholic kingdoms, and even that you are only the Vatican's Doge ( the one who administrates the Papacy ) the Pope would take some harsh actions for those who doesn't respect the Vatican's authority.

There could still be actions against you- in my game the papacy disappeared very quickly... Norway or Sweden got him.

If you could play with Papacy the game would be too easy. Just impeach who ever you want. YOU ARE FIRED :cheers:
