Anotehr Zoom question

when i first heard about this game , correct me if im wrong but i think it was possible to browse while zoomed on towns but could not construct or do nothink while viewing? is this possible or what...im pretty sure this is what i have read ages ago..

Yes you can zoom but only with a special cheat which the devs will review later.
This is done to help gameplay .

I've seen screenshots that has close ups, and all the developers did was to tease and now to make us wait longer ... instead the other way round...
