I like the max 9 marshall thing they have added. What I do not like is that when you have 9 marshalls you can't have clerics, merchants, etc. It should be divided into two different thing. Max 9 marshalls for example and max 9 other type of knights in another box.
well.. i dont like that idea.. i think it just should be 12 slots.

Wouldn't mind having three more knights, but you are going to use them all for marshalls in the end anyway. A seperate amount of slots only available for the other knight-types should be made...

Lol it will be totall 18 slots thats not good, 9 is enought it make you plan your strategy anmd decide will be your kingdom merchant kingdom with 1 or 2 marshalls or will be your kingdom spy kingdom or cleric kingdom or maybe mix of merchants, clerics, spyes, marshalls and btw 2-3 marshalls is enought to conquer europe you can any time dissable some of your knights and make more marshalls :)

In medieval Europe the average nation had one single army. The only historically correct thing would be to restrict the amount of marshalls to one.
I think 9 is quite good :go: .
I seldomly use all my knight-slots.

aye aye... but you forget that most armies were nothing more than fealty serfs to Dukes and knights.

Look at the knights this way... consider them Dukes/Earls... etc. (they even have titles in their names FYI) They gather up the knights of the Gaurd units... (IE the knight in the Knight's gaurd unit surrounding your marshall) Those knights than gather up the local serfs and fealty soldiers underneath them. It takes food, gold and people to gather and equip each group... this is also represented. The group then follows the Duke/marshall around doing the Kings bidding. now... it might make sense to have more than 9 Dukes... or marshalls... but do you really need 9 marshalls? No. Try playing KoH historically correct... instead of going about it like a normal RTS free-for-all. Try going to war with a max of 2 kingdoms at a time. Concentrate on developing your kingdom rather then trying to just swarm and crush another kingdom. KoH isn't, after all, Age of Empires.

Then the armies would have to be made larger; f.ex 15 units instead of 9, and one should have had the ability to increase unit scale (making it look like more men in each unit).

The best thing to do is have 1 Knight per province...

Not really it is the worst thing to do and no need to decrease or increase number of knights at all i know that developers know it too cause they made it 9 knights from the beggining :)

And it is not bug or unbalanced thing
