More Marshal levels

I think it should be more Marshal levels when you choose your own title:

Reichmarshal (eg. Germany, Sweden)
General Marshal (eg. France)
Marshal (eg. France)
Field Marshal (eg. England)

As you are the "Guiding Spirit" and not really the leader of your Empire you could also add:

"The Oracle"
"The Ancient Ones"
"The Grand Philosopher"

agreed.. in my game i had 2 marshals that were finally stuck at level 18 , some more levelling would be nice.

I think they should reduce the XP when enemy flees before the start of the battle to no XP, and reduce the looting/plundering XP gain.

no, don't reduce it.. i maybe had 2 marshalf of level 18 but it took me a full day to get them, if not longer...
