Is it worth of buying.

Yesterday my friend came and as soon as he came in a house he started talking about new game that he saw.He said that its game with combination of heroes might and magic,stronghold and rome total war.He said that there are so much options that he didnt know how to get gold.He said that all the stuff like diplomatcy,spying,economy and other stuff are complex so i would like to buy it.Is it that good.I like complex strategy and economy.
