I don't know if this is true. but I remember hearing on a show called, "the best week ever" on vh1. That they even had some short male love scenes. But decided to take them out.

Who would think that a movie based on alexander the great would be borderline gay porn.

Looked like a good movie. Big battles etc. But now i think I don't want to see it.

Well, actually he really was... homo (or bi to be more exact)! It was something normal in those times. Especially in Sparta and later Rome. Alexander wasn't from Sparta, but still he was Greek. So everything is accurate!
