Problem with cleric

I order cleric to convert province.But in time i change my mind and try to recall him.
And then surprise hi continue to convert and at same time try to go home.After that
the population in this province kill him.I thing that is a bug.

Another question.Rebel plunder village.In castle i have marshal 4level with 1 poitn dread.outside is night.I hire expensive soldier i think some romans and attack.My soldiers morale drop immediately and they runaway.Why???
