question: where are the exotic goods?

Strangely enough, there are no exotic goods in my provinces even I built Admiralties in some of my seashore towns.
LOL. When I triggered Political View window for SEARCHING towns which contain exotic goods in the GRANT map, there is no one kind of exotic goods in any provinces......
