Is there a (official/semi-official) KoH-channel on one of those irc-servers in the world?

Hmmm, then I suggest we all suggest the network were we would like the channel to be most, and then have a poll on it.
I begin:

I'd like to have #KoH on the stratics-network ( irc.stratics.net ).
