Question on Diplomacy

Got a question for all you KoH veterans around here. A province of mine was under attack and i desperately looked for help, but the only useful (in my situation) option I get in the Diplomacy screen is "Declare War" (or smth like it). Not quite what i had in mind... So, is there a way to ask my allies to send some troops to assist me? "Declare War" is the only available option regarding the military part of an alliance?

heheh.. try to click on the country you want help from first. You first have to have an alliance with someone and then you can "Invoke Alliance" against the one attacking you. But this will not help, because he will not aid the battles in your provinces, but instead will (probably) send armies into the enemy's territory.

Thought so ... Kinda dissapointing. Maybe the patch would add that option. Anyway, thanks for help.

diplomacy needs some improvements.

Maybe you shold be able to ask for some troops to be sent into your country...

I'd like to see help in squashing rebels from other places, because they are more of a nuisance than anything. :D
