HOW do i get the patch and WHERE do i put/save/open it???

p.s how much with it disturb my saved games?????

the patch is available on the KoH website:
http://www.knights-of-honor.net/english/downloads/patch.php

it is an .exe file. just doubleclick it after download. choose the correct language for installing.

frujin said, that it isn't good to use old savegames.
