you can post your problems here, but first use the search function.
as better as your description of your problem is, the better can we or others provide help.

we need the following:
- windows version with applied service pack version
- used optical drive with firmware version (http://discinfo.rpc1.org/)
- directx version

optional:
- graphiccard plus driver version
- soundcard plus driver version
- used virusscanner and firewall

also yo can write an email to dxdiag@sunflowers.de or open a support request under http://support.sunflowers.de/?_a=tickets&_m=submit.

for both cases we need the dxdiag.log and the msinfo32.log !!!

before running dxdiag, please check if you have dx 9.0c installed. if not, please install it, it provides more detailed information !

dxdiag.log:
a) Run DXDIAG.EXE from your Start menu (click Start, Run... then type "dxdiag" and hit Enter)
b) Click the "Save all Information" button, located at the bottom of the program window
c) Save the file as "dxdiag.txt"

msinfo32.log:
a) Run MSINFO32.EXE from your Start menu (click Start, Run... then type "msinfo32" and hit Enter)
b) Click the "Export to txt" button.
c) Export the file as "Msinfo32.txt" (do not save it as an system-nfo file).
