This is a very useful tool for 1602 I have found, It tells you your IP address every time you run it and you are connected to the internet, it may be more useful to some than others because people like me have a constantly changing IP address. I really cant be bothered to connect to a website to find my IP so i just run this. (May not work with some firewalls)

Virus/Nasties free! :)

I can' say I have that problem. But, what do you type in run to learn your IP address, again?

no, you misunderstand me. You have to run the program to learn your IP. Not type something in the Run command line. ;)

some of this tools don't work if you use a router !!!
i find tools like dyndns.org much better coz most new routers support them and you have a nice dns name like xyz.dyndns.org. you will never have to bother again with ip addresses.
