What goes where?

I have been posting on KoH forum for some time, but I must say I am still quite confused by the layout. While I understand what should go into the Technical Support forum, the precise delineation between the "General Discussion" forum, "Questions and Suggestions" forum and "Gameplay Support" forum (which says one should post questions about game there - even though another forum has "Questions" in its name) eludes me.

Seeing how people post the same kind of stuff twice or thrice in all forums (for example I have seen comments on patch in three different forums) it seems I am not the only one.

Perhaps it would make sense to merge the forums or provide a different delimitation? Imo just two forums - Technical Support and General Discussion (created through a merger of everything except Technical Support) - would be quite enough.
