How make the nostalgia for the ancient regime fall more quickly ?
Some of my provinces are not nostalgic any more, but I don't know how I made, perhaps my "new citizens" don't pay any tax ( i dont need it ), they should be satisfied, huh ?

u have to place a cleric into the province wich has nostalgia.... then just adopt the population into ur kingdom and the nostalgia falls

And nostalgia is in every province that belonged to another kingdom. To find it, you have to see province happiness (right of province development), click at "war" and you'll see (or not) nostalgia there

EDIT : Is there a way to fill my squads without paying the full price in gold ? ( i manage the combats myself, and all my squad have 5 or 6 dead each time, but it cost a lot to fill all the squads )
