I've a king, he has all skills at their maximun, when he got a victory in battle his son grow up in experience!

Yes, this is feature. When you have the King and some (or all) of his sons as Marshals - when one of the family get's experience, part of it is spread to all familyu mebers. This is one very good reson to have the King and his sons on the battlefield.
