do you mean Teutonic order?
yes it is possible. In high and late middleages (arond 1200 and 1350)

the game takes place in middle ages and last entry period is late MA, so no new age Prussia

No not the teutonic order,I mean the Prussians,if you loko into the history books you see that prussia was a small set of tribes located in what is now Kaliningrad before the TO and after the TO they where able to become a kingdom later in history...I can get the dates if it helps any.

I know what you mean... Prussia before 1227 when TO came to Poland and conquered Prussia

there is only Lithuania to represent "baltic" nations, in the early entry point (around 1000) "Lithuania" covers whole Baltic region (instead of making each tribe separate nation devs decided to do it this way), you can fight under Lithuanian banner

I've seen Prussia in many games. I don't know if they started out as a kingdom or rebels started the kingdom.

there are many rebellions in prussia in my games too and few times it has arisen as separate nation as pagan nation, that's true (As far as I remember it was mostly when I played for Byzantia in early midle ages)

To Pomerania/Pommern. Yes, there is this "kingdom" (county I guess), originally as vassal of Germany (wrong) in the high MA, they are of polish nationality (having Polish names and titles) and banner is AFAIR red eagle or what on white field (but in this I may be wrong)

Any county can become a kingdom through revolt, but if they are not available at the start they cannot be played. Prussia can be a rival, it can never be your kingdom. Of course there could be a trigger secularising the Teutonic Knights and converting them into a Duchy of Prussia, or simply creating the Duchy through conquest of certain counties, similar to those for Ireland, England and Byzantia. But the first happened in 1525 as a consequence of the Reformation and so is outside the scope of the game. The second is possible, though I do not think it is a trigger.

If only there was a custom scenario creator...more on that some other time.
