there is a difference between trekkies and trekker. trekkies are the freaks from the classics. i think i am a trekker, coz i like the philosophy and the science behind it. startrek is one of the few series which describe a better future than cyperpunk or similiar darkfuture series or movies.

I used to love watching DS9. Something about having everyday life mixed in with trek type things seemed to make it more realistic. The new show Enterprise is so stupid... Only positive thing is watching the "history" unfold. on the rare occasion it does.

enterprise is in my opinion the best startrek series ever. but it isn't very liked in the US ;(
the main reason may be the challenging content within.

but i also like the new battlestar galactica and the stargate atlantis series ;)

I'm tired of watching one ship running around saving the galaxy. :) hence why I like DS9 better.

Voyager was okay. It was interesting to watch them get home. 7of9 didn't hurt either. :dwink:
