after a whole day search of internet , it seems it is a pc game.

at the most we can play in LAN....

Game has inbuilt gamespy. Can play on lan as per most other games these days. Can only do battles over multiplayer, so there is no 'conquer europe' feature available <yet?> for multiplayer.
