Adding a NEW province

I read some of the topics here and I noticed explanations of how to move a province to other country. My question is if it's possible to create totally new province, for example Trakia in Bulgarian Kingdom.

I saw there are two files, named realms.ini and realms.bmp in the europe.pak. In realms.bmp you (maybe) can draw the borders of the province and by editing realms.ini file you (maybe) can edit them, creating that way a brand new province.

I am new to using PakMan, so I would ask some of the more advanced members of this board to check this and if it's possible, please explain to the newbies like me :biggrin:

I believe it is possible to move provinces' borders and create new kingdom. But I didn't even tried neither of theese yet.

But I'm affraid it would recquire much more changes than just edit those 2 files (such as for creating new kingdom you need to edit more than 2 files.

But I think that devs' answer would be more relevant than mine
