Unfortunetely I still don't have the game and i may need to wait some time, so
can anyone ,please, tell me what kind of units are available while playing with the Bulgarians? Nothing fancy just to keep my imagination working...

All of them except mongolian cavalry. But you'll have to conquer most of the world in order for you to do this. Download the demo and you'll understand how the units work. A Providence is give units that can be produce in it. Ex. Hesse can produce Teutonic Knights. Other provs. can produce teutonic knights also but not all of them.

I've been compiling my own database of KoH info (so far, the relationships between province features, trade goods, kingdom advantages, resource production, king personality, etc. as well as military units ranked in order of certain statistics and marshal skill packages), and what I'm missing and can only guess, is "Kingdom Special Units" (or something like that) - is there a list I can find somewhere or is someone willing to find that information for me (or best of all, send me a copy of the full game! :P)?

If you're working on a website, Illuminatus, I'd be more than happy to help. I, however, am still waiting on my copy of KoH to arrive from overseas, so until that time, I'll be quite useless to you. If I'm not mistaken, though, you can see which provinces have the capability of making certain units in the strategic view. Click on a unit, and it will be striped if it is possible to produce it there, and solidly coloured if the province has the requirements to actually produce that unit (i.e., Bohemia will be striped when you select Slavonic archers until training grounds and a fletcher are built in a city, then the province will be solidly coloured). This may also provide Khan with an anwser to his question.

it is defined in units.xls in "kingdom nationalities"(my own name). Most of kingdoms belong to some of those and they can have even some more units(example: Burgundy belongs to french nationality, so it has the same units as all kingdoms of this nationality(man-at-arms, feudal knights) but can also have some more
some for the beggining:
Poland: Slavonic axemen, slavonic bowmen
Bohemia: Man at arms, light cavalry
Wales: Longbowmen
Scotland: Highlander
Hungary: Horse arches, men-at-arms
France: Men-at-arms, Feudal cavalry
Golden Horde: Mongolian cavalry, Steppe horsemen
Byzantia(maybe depends on starting period):cataphracts, pronias, roman infantry
Armenia: pronias, horse archers
don't know about bulgarian yet, can find easily for you...
EDIT:Bulgaria, as all "Balkan" kingdoms has pronias as kingdom special unit

Most of the spainish countries have Feudal Knights, crossbowmen, and Jinetes. Not sure what time period that is in. I think the High or late period.

thanks @ Elvain and Largefry for the info! (P.S. Is it just me, or does "Jinete" sound like a type of lingerie?)
Picotrain: I'm not going to try a website (no skill at that whatsoever), but charts, tables, and lists in pdf format are what I'm aiming for...My motivation behind it is mostly to have some kind of immersion in the game before I get it as well as to be able to come up with some plans (KoH would be pretty nice for Roleplaying, too, if there was a custom scenario creator and/or multiplayer Europe map).
