well. Names of nobles are defined in europe.pak\knights\regions_800/1000/1200.ini
I don't know yet how exactly you can create new nationality, but here you can move Carinthia from Germany to Moravia or Serbia which are the closest "nationalities" in KoH
Kingdom banners can be changed in kingdoms_800/1000/1200.ini in europe.pak\map but it is only for kingdoms that exist since the beggining. I don't know how to influence banners and coats of kingdoms which emerge by rebellion.
But from my experience in KoH it is mostly a variation of last owner's banner (when I played for Golden Horde and Istria became independent from my rule, it has the same symbol, but different colours than Golden Horde. The same happened to Moldavia, Yedisan and all other new kingdoms that had arisen when my king died with no sons.

I'va got a question for those of you who have done some tweaks in KoH I have a problem with renaming. I have changed the titles for some country rulers and the names of princes and kings for some specific countries and when i started the game it typed script next to it
:bash:
For Example
Velikij Kniaz : cap Vladimir of Kiev
or at the end of some names of my princes it put ".m"
Example:
Vsevolod.m
Please help me if you know how to fix this problem or let me know if it is fixable at all. :bawling:
Thanks
@Ukrainik.
It's easy.
1) add names you want to eu_knights.tsv (in texts.pak\knights) in form of f.i.:
Ukrainik.m Ukrainik
Vladimir Ukrainik I.m Vladimir Ukrainik I
(recomanded program where to make these changes is Excel)
2) add new titles to titles;more.tsv
3) edit names of kingdom you want to including title changes
4) add new titles to kingdoms_XXX*.ini (in europe.pak\map) to particular kingdoms
*means 1000/1200/800
5) replace and save it by Tempest's KoH PakMan
6)enjoy your game :go:

Brilliant!!!!
But just to clarify the naming of the kings. I want to edit the name in the "Knight name dictionary" and then put it in the kingdom right? and the same with titles. I think it works. I tried it with the names of the king and his fam. :mosher:
Thanks again, it's time to put the europe on its knees :king:
not sure if understood you clearly.
But to edit knight names:
find nationality where that kingdom belongs (for Kiev it is very robably russian.in2) and after adding those names to texts.pak\eu_knights, add those names to the file (russian.in2)
bon chance!

merci beaucoup,
So if i understand both of you correctly, if i want any original names I need to add them to the text.pak in "Ukrainik.m Ukrainik" format and then eddit them in europe.pak? Same with titles.
How do i open these pak. files to change something.
by Tempest's program: PakMan
Search a little (key word: Pakman, posted by Tempest) and you'll find where to download it.
It's not officialy supported... but what else can we do?
Thanks.
1.Can i add names not just renaming existing.
2.Can i change titles. For example:When you are creating new profile is it posible to Car not Tzar or Imperator and not Emperor.
3.If i change words from text.pak into the Serbian words will they be in game on Serbian.

WTF:This was fast reply.
This is very good program. Now it makes KOH never boring.
in wich file(s) are titles.
titles are defined in same files as knight names (moravia.in2, france.in2, armenian.in2 etc in europe.pak)
but before you change them there, you have to add them in titles.tsv or titles;more.tsv (texts.pak)
f.i. I have changed bohemian titles from "graf" to "vevoda"

I understand it this way:
I don't understand it at all, but when modyfying this file by adding more titles, I do it this way:
Title(with capital) title(without capital) Title(with capital-all those in singular) Titles(plural with capital)
ex.
Vévoda vévoda Vévoda Vévodove (for Bohemia)
Archduke archduke Archduke Archdukes (for Austria)
