I can't open this file in any sensible way. I have searched many websites and find several programs viewing .rle format but none of them fit for files from KoH paks. I would like to know what file with this extension do, because I added new building to game using files from 'screens.pak' and there was one with .rle. Everythng was working good but if someone can tell on what aspect of game *.rle file influances, I will be very happy. Or just short: "It's not so important" will satisfy me.
