Heisst (I don't have the B s) means "named". "Ich heisse Nike" means "My name is Nike". "Heisst Hitler" - something like "His name's Hitler". But I'm not that good in German, so maybe someone who knows it can translate it better.

P.S. Heis is hot, but can't have a -t in the end, I think.
