I can see I've been gone about a week too long. What's going on with Sir Frank-ish the Knight? And in what post/thread did he tick off Freiden and mamawagonburner?

It's a long story but i will try to explain some, cause i been also inactive for some time

After the pope election i think Frank-ish said something about the new pope and Freiden and mamawagonburner got angry about that(maybe there was some more to it,but i don't know what) and they left the forum. And after many "dissucssion" later many wanted his head for that and after a while F-rankish was banned by Webmaster 'cause Frankis-h didn't apologised in public and some other reason. There you have it

and btw don't try to search the thread in which Frankis-h "ticked" Freiden and mamawagonburner off 'cause they moderators removed it

Same question. If someone could give me the links to the posts preceding the tribe telling Franky da Knight's that it's time for him to go, that'd be great.

Sheesh, aren't we all mature enough not to leave just because someone says something they don't agree with? But, I guess Board Rules rule. Hopefully it will be a lesson for the rest of us, and Mama and Freiden will come around.

BTW, thanks for answering my question.

The thread that was removed was The New Pope thread. I started the thread to move discussion about the new Pope away from the Pope John Paul thread. The thread was closed due to the heated discussion that ensued after some derogatory remarks were made about Ratzinger. I did not like what had happened in the thread and asked that the thread be deleted. I was fixing to edit my first post and delete it, thus deleting the entire thread but Webmaster closed it while I was navigating to the starting post. Webmaster deleted it at my request, so please do not blame the administration for it being removed.

As for the other, there was much more involved than the Frieden, MamaWB events.

There are some forum rules in this forum.

If one crosses them, he is warned by Webmaster. If he doesn't care the warning and crosses the rules again, he's banned. No matter who he is. The member you are talking about crossed the rules twice but Webmaster was so benevolent that he let him stay here. And after this tolerance or benevolence from Webmaster, that member didn't care that he might offend somebody by attacking somebody(the pope in this case)
Then somebody else (don't ask me who, I don't know it and that one has right to stay secret) asked Webmaster to ban or warn FK because he made other very respectable members to leave. After very emotive discussion Webmaster decided to ban FK after his 3rd step behind forum rules. Any other member would be banned after second such step!

FK proved he's ignorant towards forum rules and some moral rules in discussins. We may agree or disagree with one's opinions but it's not ethic to wish somebody long painfull death only because he does something we disagree with.

The problem is, that only those, directly involved in the pope thread know what happened..I was also involved, but even I do not know, what happened, because I left the internet, and the next morning, the thread was gone..so I can not tell, what happened after I left it...concerning the JPII thread..I do not know, how old FK was, but I guess mamWB and Frieden are older than him..and if he is so young as I thought him, people say a lot of things without really meanning them..maybe one should say stop it or ignore it, but I would also have guessed, that mamaWB and Frieden are wise enough to ignore such remarks..youth should not be an excuse for such behavior, and it should be stopped, but i really thought, that an "older" person might not so easily be insulted and leave..

forum leaders were benevolent to him. There are many others of his age (15-16 I guess) but they don't behave like he did and if, they change the behaviour after warning whet FK didn't.

If 15 year old boy attacks somebody with a knife in his hand and somebody stops him to kill him and tell him. If you do that you will kill a human being. If you do that you will come into the prison. And 2 weks later he does it again. Is it excusable? Even
15-16 year old boy should be wise enough to know that if he crosses rules after warning it will have some effect. It is good not only for the forum, but also for him. If he didn't realize it yet, maybe he will now.

I have to ask here...when did I EVER cross the forum rules. I have been reading them, and have not crossed even once.
