the DMZ is for all topics like politics, religion and other high emotional or sensitive threads. but watch your tongue, be nice and tolerate other opinions. not every one on this planet shares the same values or views.
sarcasm should be visible as such, if used!

Glad to see it up and going, and glad my name suggestion was used. I am also glad you are not giving us a license to maim and molest! May we all discuss in a mature manner with respect of each other. Maybe if we are going to use sarcasm, we could add {SARCASM} right before the sarcastic part of the statement. Or maybe we could find a special smiley for sarcasm.

{= alt gr +7
} = alt gr + 0

"Alt Gr" is right from the space bar. But I think and would also do the job - or a smiley. Or a text from which you can see if it is sarcasm or not. :wink:

This board is here to give the people the opportunity to discuss sensitive topics without offending people who don't want to read them.
Everyone who enters this board knows that it may contain offensive topics, so no one is offended without expecting to be offended.

We hope that this will keep the community together (no one leaving the forums) without restricting the discussions. I think that's a win-win situation. :go:

I must say that I really don't understand why do you post here.

Before gaming section-today Colosseum-emerged, there was many people complaining on word games. So games got it's own section and everybody was happy: gamers had own "colosseum" and not-gamers were happy that they are not bothered by games. None of them complained about appereance of gaming forum.

Now when this section for those who like to discuss serious topics was selected from Webbi's Inn, poeple who enjoy them are happy that they don't bother the others. This section was made for us and for youalso. Now in Webbi's inn youdon't need to read topics you hate. You can just ignore whole section. But what? you go there and protest against this?
Ignore it.

Those who were disciplined and didn't offend others stay here without bothering people like you(if you really don't like it and ignore it) Those who weren't disciplined and didn't followed forum rules, you know who I mean, would be sooner or later banned with or without serious discussions.

guys ok i might made a mistake makeing protests . i do find politics intresseting i do read poltical threads and i might make reply . but i dont like people start clashing at each other. in like 67% of all the poltics threads in the forum you find small conflicts and such, which is annoying to most people.

the point is - discuss politics aslong as no fight appear :smile:
