New To The Game...Few Quick Questions

Hey everyone,
Just got this game today (I live in NA) and had a few questions for you old hats out there.

1. How do you take a screenshot? I'm trying to start an AAR :)

2. Is there any way to pause the game other than hitting ESC and bringing up that menu?

Press "print screen" open photoshop or similar, press ctrl + N then ctrl + v or "paste" command

Press "pause/break" on a keyboard.
