Available nations that can form

In my last game i saw there was a Hungary and a Hungaria! And there are a couple more of these silly nations that rebels can form.
What i want to know is where and how i edit the files so a coule of these nations wont be able to form.
Btw how do i take screenshot?

those nations emerge by rebellion in a province and they use name of the province (rebel kingdom from Palestina is called Palestina, rebel kingdom from Moravia is called Moravia. You can't disable them to emerge unless you make rebels even weaker or rename provinces.

In my mod there are quests that if for example rebel kingdom of Krakow takes most of Poland (and Poland doesn't exist) it will be renamed to Poland. The same with for example Auvergne and France, Swabia and Germany, Hungaria and Hungary etc.
