Game speed using laptop!

I've noticed, at least while playing the demo, that it is not possible to change the game speed (nor the hot-keys you use for them, +/-) when you're using a laptop (compact computer). Seeing as the laptop don't have numpad +/-, I'm kind of stuck. I get the game later today and hope that the original have the possibility to change the hotkeys. If not, is there anything any of you can do to help? Will the patch fix this? - Waiting hopefully for an answer.

I have a laptop and the same thing happened to me. here's what you do.

Don't use the 1-10 up top from left to right. Instead, hold the function key or whatever lets you use the laptops secondary buttons (that are normally up top) and press the + or - on the number keypad that is on the right side of the key functions. Like on this one, L has 3 in a little number next to it with K 2 and J 1. the + is on the / and ? key and - is on the ; and : key. That should help and when you change game speed successfully it should say in the upperleft corner, game speed (whatever you changed it to)
