Did anyone found a way to open all those RLE files and the IMG files? I've been trying to find a way to edit them but I had no success. Would like to create a few flag shapes if possible. Any help would be appriciated, thank you.

Nice to see you here in the KoH-forums, Gen. Suvorov! :go:
I also have no solution to the problem, but I believe the first few bytes of the files are edited and then a usual bmp-file follows. Analysing the file in a hex-editor could give more information on that.
We might also write a nice email to Frujin, the leader of the developer-team that created Knights of Honor, and ask him to reveal the secret...

Yes, I think we should try to find out how to modify those images. Once we know we can do pretty good mods.

I'm not an artist. Even if I could add images to the game they would look so utterly ugly that no one would ever dare to play GoG again.

But there some are ugly or not look so cool in Offices but it's history, thought . Like I do like play Scotland or Highlands but flag is not so cool, it's not ugly but it's not cool, so rather change it better even it's not in history, add more fun in game.
