Marshal can't enter town

Hi,
couldn't find this reported up to now so I'm probably doing something wrong:

Playing Scotland I control the city of Navarra in northern Iberia. While a cleric can be dispatched to the city and shows up in the city menu as governor it's not possible to post a marshal there... When I order one to enter the city they confirm and then remain outside the city. Logically there's no marshal in town who could somehow blockade. And I'm able to enter any other city I control...

Any idea?

Unfortunately I never saw any resolution to the issue :bash: maybe you could talk to Lord B and find out what if anything he managed to do to fix it.

weird.... ive never had any bug thingies happen to me before, well... maybe they did happen but i diddnt notice...
