Frozen installation

Hi!

I just bought the game after trying the demo(got addicted^_^) but for some reason when I try installing it just kinda remains frozen.

What I mean is this:

I've tried disabling my antivirus and all of the other suggestions but it stays like this. My desktop specs are:

Intel Pentium 4, 3.2Ghz
1GB DDR memory
Windows XP Pro SP2
Nvidia GeForce FX 5900, 256mb
MSI CD-RW CR52

There's more but I don't think they are relevant to installing the game. What I don't understand is that all other games install fine(e.g guild wars). If anyone could help me get this game installed I'd appreciated it as I want to play the game asap :rofl:

Try running disk scan and defrag on your c: drive then re-install. I can not promise this will help. But most people tend to never do theses and they sometimes correct hidden issues.

Did you install KoH using the administrator-user? The installation will fail if you don't do that.
Also, on the screenshot it appears that Norton is still running. Disable it (means: it shouldn't be started at all).
