resetting resolutions

I have my desktop set to 1400x1050, Everytime I exit the game is puts my desktop into the lower resolution. I have to then reset it back. Is there any workaround this so that my screen resolution is not reset everytime I paly?

Welcome to the forum, garvoid! :halloha:
There is no real fix for the problem, but I could show you how to play KoH in windowed-mode (not fullscreen). Then no change in resolution will take place.
Open the file C:/Documents and Settings/*YOUR USERNAME HERE*/Application Data/Black Sea Studios/Knights of Honor/KoH.in2 in notepad and replace "windowed = 0" with "windowed = 1".
Undo the changes if you don't feel comfortable with windowed-KoH.

"Application Data" is a hidden folder. It won't show up unless you force the explorer to do so.

You should set "fullscreen = 1" to "fullscreen = 0" and the game will run in a windowed mode.

tried that and it still played fullscreen ?
