What relationships are best?

I know stuff like alliances are highest, next to like royal ties, but could someone make a list of like who you should put first, with all info like vassalage, your vassalage to, royal ties, alliances, pacts, trades, and relationship with them on the bar.

You can't say "This is better than that".
I could list you the KingdomPowerDrop that breaking specific contracts brings, but they aren't like "This is better than that which is better than what-shall-we-call-it and this is better than..."
Each situation requires specific actions. There is no "Always do this"-kind of table.
