Help Please

Guys Im in need of some DIRE help!,I really want to play Holy Rome mod but when I follow the directions the creator gives,It doesent let me run the game.When I try to load the game the screen pops up[The one with the guy on the horse] Then it dissappears and nothing happens,I check processes and the game wasent even running!.I had to REINSTALL the whole game to get it working again..Please someone help me I really want to play the mod!

I had the exact same thing happen when I tried to run the Holy Rome mod. I didn't extract all the game's pak files using the extraction utility, though -- I just unzipped the mod files (in their folders) into the game folder. When I tried to run the game, I got the same result as the original poster in this thread. However, I didn't reinstall; I just deleted the mod's folders that I'd added, and the game started normally again. It was a bit disappointing, as I wanted to check the mod out.

I will try to test it now (reinstall the game back to original version and try to run my mod...) and if it won't work I'm afraid you would need to unpack defs.pak, Europe.pak and texts.pak or replace certain existing files by files from HR pack :sad:
