FileOpen failed:

Whenever I try to start the game, After the program runs through
the intro videos for Black Sea, Sunflowers, and Paradox, I get the
following message:

"FileOpen failed: movies/cuts/intro.bik"

and the game refuses to run. What do I do? What information
do you need from me to help me out?
