Car bomb explosion in Bulgaria in Obzor (50 km to Burgas).
Bulgarian businessman Rali Penkov (36), and his wife Zlatina Christova injured, their child - daughter (2 years) killed. :sad:

The mother is still in danger for her life. Also two German tourist kids, which were walking by the car, have been taken to the hospital in Bourgas. It's supposed it's a matter of business interests, so it's not exactly "terror". At least, not terrorism terror. The man, Penkov, is one of the creators of the first private militia in town (detective and security) and he's also a concessioner of the beach in Obzor, so maybe that's the reason for it.

Well, times have always been such. It's just that now there is a lot of media coverage (and thus much more information) and another "psychological" aspect: we live in a dreamworld, or at least that's how we were raised. Much worse things have happened in the past times, but we were raised to believe they don't happen today, which, as we see, isn't exactly true. And from there we think this is something new as a whole, while it is actually new mainly in details...

Wise words, Traveller. And to add my five cents worth of thought, we should be content there is no inquisition today, there are no crusades, no slaughter of Indian tribes (in all of the Americas), no slavery.
However, a couple of hundred years ago, most people's world view didn't comprise much more than their own small village. News about what happened in the next country just didn't reach them (most of the time). And if it did, of what concern was it?
Today, the media feeds you with every bad happenstance in the world. Good news are scarcely broadcast. It may appear as if the world is a bad place to live in, and that you cannot be sure of your safety, but today is not much different from any 'yesterday' you pick. Mankind hasn't grown up much. Our technology progresses, but our inner qualities are neglected a little too much for my taste.

in past days our policemen, rescuers, firemen and doctors of ambulances are attacked by their "clients"

It's really sad when a patient (somebody who got injured on a street f.i.) attacks a doctor who came to help him.

There are murders everyday in our cities and on our roads but we are not informed about them. Only if something "massive" happens it gets to media so we know it. The problem is that we are closed in our little worlds Home-go to work-work-some fun-home-work-home-work-some fun-weekend with family-home-work----
in this circle many of us don't even realize that someone from the house they live in was killed or died.
Also, every day houndreds of people die on roads in Europe. This is also terror. Innocent people die. They were always dying, but people knew about it. Now ill and dying people are closed in hospitals and senior houses, they are hidden so the rest of society can live and work and enjoy their lives...

and from time to time some bomb explodes and kills people. It is not "regular thing that happens every day (like deadly-carcrashes) so it's in our media. Also those attacks are done by The Others, by people from other civilization so it is understood as danger for our civilization. It's terrible that thos mad people do such attacks!! and it's also terrible that we are blind to other houndreds of deads around us!

No, that's world of the blind! And our only eyes are.... media. Great world we live in :sad:

i cant beileve that goverments are controlled by humans , no they are controlled by death-sinners . mircoslavux who do you think controls media? well its the goverment and media is daily orderd to blind us so the goverment behind our backs can do dirt and get a away with it. media is also used for cover ups . media isnt indepented its a tool in the goverments tool box.

At first we should see, we can't be totaly protected, or prepared for everything.But it's good to be informed, we could make a "Report" about terroristic attacks, and yes i would say mafia is also terror(Terror = any attacks against the civilian person?!). But be should keep it on a serious level, it doesn't make any sense, if we just provide panic :eek:

oh, really? I haven't heard anything. Even in news (but I haven't watched neither of 3 main TV news as a whole)

you mean main train station? I will check it...

but I guess it would be as main news of the day. But it was rather about evacuation of Gaza strip and about CzechTekk(intervention of Police cost over 30 millions of Crowns=about 1million EURO. Average month salary here is 15000 crowns) and about the Brazillian who was killed after London terrorist attacks :scratch:
