There are two possibilities:
1. You are playing the demo.
The demo will quit after you have conquered a specific amount of provinces or your second king dies.
2. Someone sold you a copied KoH-version and used the demo's executable to avoid the copy-protection.
In this case the same restrictions apply as with the normal demo.
