need the def.pak file...

hey guys.... i might be the dummest b*stard in the world... but i need to get the def.pack file for KOH game.... the thing is that i tried to mod the file but screwed up.... when i tried to reinstall the game... it turne out my one of the disks is scratched or something so the repairing went wrong... since i have norton go back i tried it also but the pak file is messed so either i spend money repairig the disk, buy a new game or get the def.pak file from a charitable heart.....please mail it or make it available
