Multiplayer game - help help help!

I have a Russian version of the game and have downloaded the Russian patch of the games, so I supose my version is 1.03 now.
I have configured my firewall, added the ports and all that stuff.

But - when I enter internet game, I see one open game, that I can`t join as it is version 1.02. It tells me to go to KOH site to download latest patch to play.
What is this 1.02 version? I saw only one game with 3 people in it under that 1.02 version. And none of 1.03 version games.
Where can I get this 1.02 patch?
And - is it something wrong with my firewall settings or is the KOH multiplayer society dead?

1. 1.02 is the unpatached european version of the game.
2. No, there are usually no multiplayer games available.
3. No, propably your firewall-settings are alright.
