How to add a rating bar ?

I made this thread because i don't know how to add a rating bar to one of my previous threads ? Please help !

When you post something, at the bottom there is a "rate this thread", just above submit reply.

Apparently, it is possible to rate any of the threads by clicking on the "rate this thread" option at the bottom of the screen, and selecting a numerical rating from 1-5. However, according to the documentation on the forums, the actual rating will not display on the main thread page until the post receives "enough" votes. Of course, this makes me curious as to exactly how many votes is considered "enough" (perhaps the moderators know the precise answer). What does seem clear is that once a thread receives a sufficient number of votes for ratings, the actual number of stars shown will be the average score given by all of those people who voted.

I have always been able to vote once for any thread that I wished to rate, but if I try to rate a thread more than once, it will say "Our records show that you have already voted on this thread", or something similar.

Actually this is a very old thread thus i already have this information.10x anyway though .
